From the moment you call each of our offices, you will be guided through your exam, appointment booking, and payment processes by our highly qualified administrative and treatment coordinating staff. These team members are here to assist you with whatever appointment, payment, insurance, or administrative need that you may encounter.
Next, you will be introduced to our exceptional clinical staff. These highly educated individuals are the people who will be working directly on you or your child's teeth. Our clinical staff operates at a high level of proficiency and is required to meet vigorous continuing educational standards. You can be assured that you are being treated by the best clinical assistants in town.
Our laboratory specialist is well trained in the art of orthodontic appliance construction and repairs, and continually strives to find new and better methods to move teeth and jaws as easily and quickly as possible.

Mckenzie Walsh
Hello, it’s great to meet you! I am an administrative assistant in our Waterloo office, and I greet our patients and families as they walk in. I also help with treatment coordination and make sure each visit is positive and fun for our patients. The best part of my job is simply interacting with people on a daily basis. I enjoy getting to know new patients, and seeing our regular visitors come back with a smile! When I am not at work, I enjoy horseback riding, tennis, and shopping.
Brenda Moffatt
I consider myself lucky to be part of our Waterloo team. It’s a great place to work, and Dr. Cziraki always provides high quality treatments in a relaxed environment that our patients enjoy. As a dental assistant, I help Dr. Cziraki and our hygienist, Amanda, with patient care. I also act as a receptionist and patient account manager, helping to make sure our office runs smoothly. After work, I love riding my motorcycle, gardening, and scrap-booking.

Hi, and welcome to our practice! I am the treatment coordinator, office manager and registered dental hygienist in our Waterloo office, and I love working for such a talented doctor and team. My duties include educating patients about their oral health and assisting with orthodontic treatments. I am passionate about my career as a dental hygienist, and love making smiles brighter as well as empowering clients to make sound decisions to better their dentition and self-esteem.
